⬩ Kitchen & dining: Fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and a dining area for meals.

⬩ Bathroom: Modern bathroom with shower, hot water, body soap, hair dryer, and fresh towels. Washer and dryer available in the building for an extra fee.

⬩ Extras: Iron, hangers, and trash compactor. Elevator access and paid parking are available on site.

Property access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment. The building is equipped with an elevator and the apartment is on a single level with no stairs. Paid parking and laundry facilities are available in the building for an extra fee. Standard check-in time is 16:00 and check-out is 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for a small fee, depending on availability.

Communication with guests

If you have any questions, we are online daily from 10:00 – 22:00. Our Old Town office is open from 10:00 – 18:00, where you can store your luggage and get help with plans and recommendations. Please note: the people working in the building are building staff, not part of our team.

Cancellation Policy

If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before arrival, the full booking amount will be charged.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover non-refundable expenses in case of unexpected events such as illness, injury, or flight cancellations.

Guest registration form and refundable security deposit of €100 is required before arrival.

- Submitting Guest registration form is a legal requirement in Estonia (see our FAQ page for more information). The form will be sent to you shortly after booking.
- A refundable security deposit of €100 is required before arrival and will be collected by bank transfer or card. The deposit will be fully refunded within 24 hours but no later than 5 days after check-out, provided the apartment is left in good condition and passes inspection.
