⬩Bathroom: Private bathroom with shower, hair dryer, body soap, hot water, and towels.

⬩Workspace: Dedicated desk and chair, ideal for working remotely.

⬩Laundry: Shared laundry room in the building with paid washer and dryer (instructions provided inside the laundry room). Washing (up to 10 kg) = 4 €

Property access

Guests have full access to the studio apartment. Laundry facilities are available in the building for a small fee. Standard check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is by 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged for a small fee, subject to availability.

Communication with guests

If you have any questions, we are online daily from 10:00 – 22:00. Our Old Town office is open from 10:00 – 18:00, where you can store your luggage and get help with plans and recommendations.

If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before arrival, the full booking amount will be charged.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover non-refundable expenses in case of unexpected events such as illness, injury, or flight cancellations.

Guest registration form and refundable security deposit of €100 is required before arrival.

- A refundable security deposit of €100 is required before arrival and will be collected by bank transfer or card. The deposit will be fully refunded within 24 hours but no later than 5 days after check-out, provided the apartment is left in good condition and passes inspection.
