The studio is set in a lively area with excellent connections. In just two tram stops you’ll reach Tallinn Old Town and Telliskivi Creative Hub. Arsenali shopping center is an 8-minute walk with groceries, dining, and shops. Port Noblessner with its waterfront restaurants and cultural venues is 11 minutes away. For a peaceful walk, Kalamaja Kalmistu Park is 10 minutes on foot. In the same building, you can enjoy coffee at INTI Café or a sweet snack from Wrot Waffles.

Property access
Guests have full access to the entire apartment. Laundry facilities are available in the building for a small fee (instructions provided inside the laundry room). Standard check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is by 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged for a small fee, subject to availability.
Communication with guests
If you have any questions, we are online daily from 10:00 – 22:00. Our Old Town office is open from 10:00 – 18:00, where you can store your luggage and get help with plans and recommendations.
