Excellent location of the apartment offers you a relaxing stay with everything within a walking distance.
This lovely studio is located on the 2nd floor of a historical Rataskaevu 16 building. The space is nicely decorated and has all the necessities for you to have a comfortable stay. There is a beautiful king size bed in the sleeping area and it can be separated from the rest of the room by the curtains. Unique ceilings that date back to the 14th century give the apartment a very special touch. Seating area comes with a comfy sofa and a TV with local and international channels and fully equipped kitchen that comes with a dining area, stove, oven, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, kettle and a fridge. There are also ironing facilities, washing machine, drying rack for clothes and a hair dryer. Linen, towels, slippers, shower gel and soap are provided.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a historical building and there is no elevator!
