WHAT ARE YOUR WORKING HOURS?

Dream Stay can be reached 24/7. You will receive our direct phone number with booking confirmation.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM STAY?

The minimum stay in our apartments is 2 nights.

HOW DO I GET THE KEYS?

We will personally meet you in front of the apartment to introduce the apartment and hand you the keys. Additionally you may also order a transfer with keys to your apartment for additional charge.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY BOOKING?

You may either pay by bank transfer, pay pal or credit card. We require 30% prepayment at the time of booking.

IS FREE WIFI PROVIDED IN THE APARTMENT?

Yes, all apartments have free wireless internet connection. You will find the password in the apartment.

WHAT IS A CLEANING FEE?

Dream Stay makes sure that all apartments are properly cleaned after each guest. This includes changing bed sheets, linen and towels, cleaning the dishes, taking out the garbage and inspecting the apartment for faults. This process in necessary to make sure that each guest will enter a clean apartment.

IS EARLY CHECK IN POSSIBLE?

Early check-in is possible if the apartment stays unoccupied the night before. Late check-in after 20:00 costs 15 euros.

DO YOU HAVE INTERNATIONAL CHANNELS?

All apartments have a selection of local and international channels. International channels include channels in English, Russian and Finnish.

ARE BED LINEN AND TOWELS PROVIDED?

All apartments have clean bed sheets, linen and towels. In addition there is toilet paper, shampoo, soap, complimentary coffee capsules and slippers.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED IN YOUR APARTMENTS?

We have a non-smoking policy! Smoking is not allowed in any of our properties! Violation of this rule will result in a 200 euro fine and termination of contract.

DO YOU HAVE AN APARTMENT FOR PARTIES?

Parties and events are restricted in our apartments without exceptions! If you are looking for a place for a party, event or other social gathering, please find your apartment from somewhere else. The maximum number of people allowed in apartment is specified under each specific apartment.

DO YOU OFFER FREE PARKING?

Parking is available in some apartments. Please ask for parking options prior making a reservation.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS IN YOUR APARTMENTS?

Pets are not allowed in most of our apartments, but there are some exceptions! Please contact us directly for more information.
