Excellent location of the apartment offers you a relaxing stay with everything close by.
This compact loft is well designed and equipped with all the necessities for you to have a comfortable stay. The space is perfect for 2, but can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The space is located on two levels and connected by a ladder. Sleeping area is located on the upper level and comes with a comfortable double bed. Downstairs is a sofa that can be used as a sofa bed, TV with local and international channels, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Linen, towels, slippers, shower gel and soap are provided. The apartment is also equipped with ironing facilities, drying rack for clothes and a hair dryer.
The apartment is located on the first floor and there is an elevator in the building.
The apartment is situated in a quiet area near city centre right next to Tallinn Bus Station. There is a really good connection to other parts of the city with tram and bus stops nearby.

The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. Please use travel insurance to reimburse you for non-refundable expenses caused by injuries, illness, flight cancellations etc.
Deposit Policy
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price after reservation and the remaining amount in the 30 days before arrival.

"Stay at jacobi 28-2"
Earlier check in was denied, do to a need of cleaning. Place was really dusty, so clearly there haven't been any cleaning done that day or in a week. No microwave. And the biggest problem, the air ventilation. It made so much noise that I have had better sleep on plane. But the loft was beautiful. Lots of pillows and blankets and the bed was comfy. Also wine glasses were beautiful and bathroom aroma was lovely.
