The studio is situated in a trendy neighborhood just two tram stops from Telliskivi Creative Hub and the Old Town. Arsenali shopping center is only an 8-minute walk, offering groceries, dining, and shops. Port Noblessner with its waterfront restaurants is 11 minutes away on foot. For nature and greenery, Kalamaja Kalmistu Park is a 10-minute walk. Right in the building, you can enjoy coffee at INTI Café or grab a treat at Wrot Waffles.

Property access
Guests have full access to the studio apartment. Laundry facilities are available in the building for a small fee. Standard check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is by 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged for a small fee, subject to availability.

If you have any questions, we are online daily from 10:00 – 22:00. Our Old Town office is open from 10:00 – 18:00, where you can store your luggage and get help with plans and recommendations.
