Property Details

This beautiful apartment features accommodation with an open concept living room-kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The space is designed to accommodate up to 4 guests and comes with all the necessities for you to have a comfortable stay.

The apartment is located close to Kadriorg and only a short drive from the city centre. The area combines modern apartment buildings, good transport connections, shops, schools, and services. Quiet surroundings, green spaces, and convenient access to central Tallinn.

⬩Kitchen: Fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, hot water kettle, wine glasses, cooking basics, dishes and silverware.

⬩Bedroom 1: Queen bed with fresh linens, clothing storage.

⬩Bedroom 2: Sofa that can be used as a sofa bed, dedicated working space.

⬩Bathroom: Private bathroom with toilet, shower, bathtub, and a sauna.

⬩Guest Bathroom: Toilet. Separate room with washing machine and shelves for storage.

⬩Extras: Iron, hair dryer, towels, slippers, soap, shower gel, and hot water. Furnished balcony with outdoor seating.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire 87 m² apartment, including the private balcony and parking (reservation required in advance). Standard check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged for a small fee, subject to availability.

Communication with guests

If you have any questions, we are online daily from 10:00-22:00. Our Old Town office is open from 10:00 -18:00, where you can store your luggage and get help with plans and recommendations.

Cancellation Policy

If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before arrival, the full booking amount will be charged.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover non-refundable expenses in case of unexpected events such as illness, injury, or flight cancellations.

Guest registration form and refundable security deposit of €100 is required before arrival.

- Submitting Guest registration form is a legal requirement in Estonia (see our FAQ page for more information). The form will be sent to you shortly after booking.
- A refundable security deposit of €100 is required before arrival and will be collected by bank transfer or card. The deposit will be fully refunded within 24 hours but no later than 5 days after check-out, provided the apartment is left in good condition and passes inspection.
