Perfect location for families with children and people with active lifestyle. Step outside and go for a walk or a run in the beautiful Kadriorg Park or along the seaside promenade up until Pirita beach for an amazing view of the Tallinn sileuette.

The apartment has great connection with bus and tram stops only 200 meters away. Closest grocery store is also only 200 meters from the apartment.

This two bedroom apartment was freshly renovated in 2018 and has 75m2. The apartment is perfect for 4 people. There is an queen size bed (160cm wide) in both bedrooms. It is actually possible to stay in the apartment with a group of 5 people as well. The fifth person can sleep on a sofa located in the living room. Both bedrooms have black-out curtains for a good night's sleep. The living room comes with a large corner sofa, a flat screen TV and a dining area. The kitchen has a big two-sided fridge with ice machine. The kitchen is equipped with all neccessary kitchen utensils, oven, stove, dishwasher and a coffee machine. Cooking yourself and your family an nice homey meal shouldn't bea problem. The bathroom comes with a rain-shower and is also equipped with a washing machine and a hair dryer. The apartment is also equipped with an iron, iron board and a drying rack.

Please notice that bed sheets, towels and shower gel and soap are provided.
