Excellent location of the apartment offers you a relaxing stay with everything close by.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a renovated building and can accommodate up to 5 guests. The apartment has 2 floors and the sleeping area is located upstairs in the attic - there is a queen size bed and a single bed. Living room is located downstairs and comes with a comfortable seating area that has a sofa which can be used as a sofa bed for two. There is also a TV with local and international channels and a dining area. Kitchen is fully equipped and comes with kitchen utensils, stove, fridge, freezer, kettle and a coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and a hair dryer.
The whole apartment has fast and stable wifi connection.
The apartment is compact, but has all the necessities for you to have a comfortable stay. Linen, towels, slippers, hair dryer, shower gel and soap are provided. There is a washing room located on the ground floor where it is possible to do the laundry.
Free parking is available in the yard.
The apartment is situated in a quiet area near city centre right opposite of Tallinn Bus Station. There is a really good connection to other parts of the city with tram and bus stops nearby.

The guest will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price after reservation and the remaining amount in the 30 days before arrival.
