The apartment is located in the Kalaranna district, just steps from the seaside promenade and green spaces. Within 100 meters you'll find Kalaranna Resto, Ruchi Restoran, and Rollit Sushi. Telliskivi Creative Hub and Tallinn Old Town are a 30-minute walk or just a few tram stops away, offering culture, shops, and vibrant nightlife.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire 70m² apartment, including the private balcony and underground parking (reservation required in advance). The home is on the third floor and the building has an elevator. Standard check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged for a small fee, subject to availability.
Communication with guests
If you have any questions, we are online daily from 10:00 – 22:00. Our Old Town office is open from 10:00 – 18:00, where you can store your luggage and get help with plans and recommendations.
