Property access

Guests have full private access to the loft. The apartments are on the first floor with self check-in available. Detailed check-in instructions will be provided before arrival. Standard check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for a small extra fee, subject to availability.

Communication with guests

When you have any questions, we are online daily from 10:00 – 22:00. Our Old Town office is open from 10:00 – 18:00, where you can store your luggage and get help with plans or recommendations.

Cancellation Policy

If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before arrival, the full booking amount will be charged.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover non-refundable expenses in case of unexpected events such as illness, injury, or flight cancellations.

Guest registration form and refundable security deposit of €100 is required before arrival.

- Submitting Guest registration form is a legal requirement in Estonia (see our FAQ page for more information). The form will be sent to you shortly after booking.
- A refundable security deposit of €100 is required before arrival and will be collected by bank transfer or card. The deposit will be fully refunded within 24 hours but no later than 5 days after check-out, provided the apartment is left in good condition and passes inspection.
